earlier today I was reading This Lullaby and listening to my ipod when Last Straw came on. It was halfway through the song when I paused and really listened to what was playing in my ears. Then suddenly my chest and stomach tightened and I felt close to tears.
"without you I don't have a place that's safe from my own monsters that hide in my head."
